Traditional Tambourine in Beech Wood and Goat Skin – 35 or 38 cm
Traditional Tambourine in Beech Wood and Goat Skin – 35 or 38 cm
This handcrafted tambourine is rooted in Southern Italian tradition, featuring a 35 or 38 cm diameter frame made of beech wood with an external reinforcement strip for added stability and resonance. The natural goat skin head delivers a warm and earthy tone, ideal for traditional folk styles. The 8 pairs of 7.5 cm hand-hammered, charred tin jingles are arranged in double rows (2 per slot), producing a sharp and dry metallic tone. The window-style handle offers secure grip and comfort during fast playing or dance accompaniment.
